Privacy notice

What happens with the information you send through the contact form on this site. We keep it short and describe only what this site actually does.
Who is responsible
OwnCommerce, the operator of this website. You can reach us by replying to any e-mail we send you or through the contact form.
What we collect
Only what you type into the form: name, e-mail, phone (optional), country, type of business and your message — plus the page language and the time you sent it.
Why
To answer your enquiry and, if you wish, to prepare an offer. Legal basis: your consent and steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)). We do not use your details for advertising and do not sell or pass them on.
Where it is kept
The enquiry is saved on our hosting server in a folder that cannot be opened from the internet, and a copy is sent to our business mailbox. Our hosting and e-mail providers process this data on our behalf.
How long
Saved enquiries are deleted automatically 12 months after the month in which they were sent. We delete the e-mails within the same period, unless we sign a contract with you — then the contract and accounting laws apply.
Spam protection and server logs
To stop automated spam, the server counts enquiries per IP address for one hour. It keeps only a one-way hash of the address, never together with your enquiry. Like any website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, page) for security.
No cookies, no tracking
This site sets no cookies, has no analytics or advertising and loads nothing from other companies — no external fonts, scripts or maps. Your browser only remembers your choice of language and colour theme (local storage on your device); you can clear it in the browser settings.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, withdraw your consent at any time and complain to the data protection authority of your country. To do so, reply to our e-mail or write to us through the form.
