Three panels for your team
Administrator: catalogue, orders, settings. Director: sales, margin and staff access. Staff: picking orders from a phone.
Stock & supplies
Incoming goods, stock counts and write-offs. Barcodes can be scanned with a phone camera.
Delivery & pickup
Customers choose home delivery or pickup in your store; you set the delivery rules. Courier companies are connected on request, after a check.
Online card payments
Card payments through Stripe, connected to your own Stripe account. We test payments with you before the shop goes live.
Languages & look
26 interface languages for the shop, the panels and e-mails. Your country's currency and phone format, your shop name and company details, six colour themes.
Cash register link
Two-way sync of products, prices, stock and sales with Microinvest Sklad Pro (widely used in Bulgaria). Other cash registers — on request, after a compatibility check.
Taxes & documents
VAT category on every product. Rates, invoices and fiscal rules are checked for your country together with your accountant. Fiscal receipts are printed by your cash register, not by the website.

The deal, without small print
- We set up and host your shop on your own domain.
- Your data belongs to you. On request we hand over a full copy: database and images.
- You get a licence to use the platform for your business, plus an optional subscription for updates and support.
- Ending the updates subscription does not switch off your shop or lock your data. No hidden lock-ins.
- Extra languages, modules and custom integrations are priced separately and agreed in advance.
- Everything is written down in a licence agreement before work starts.

There is no fixed price list yet: you get a price after a short review of your needs. Every offer shows setup, licence, subscription and custom work separately.

The important details, upfront
Is this a monthly subscription like Shopify?
No. You get a licence to use the platform for your business, and we set it up and host it. Updates and support are an optional subscription; ending it does not switch off your shop.
Who owns the shop's data?
You do: products, customers, orders and images. On request we hand over a full copy of the database and images.
Does it work in my country?
We start with Spain, Bulgaria, Germany and Poland. Language, currency and phone format can be set for any European country, but taxes, invoices and fiscal rules are checked for each country with your accountant before launch.
Does the website print fiscal receipts?
No. Fiscal receipts are printed by your certified cash register. For online payments, your accountant will tell you what your country requires, and we set up the shop accordingly.
Can you connect our cash register?
Microinvest Sklad Pro is supported today. For other systems, tell us the brand, model and software version — we check compatibility first and only then promise anything.
Are all 26 languages checked by native speakers?
Not yet. Translations exist for all 26 languages; the first-wave languages (Russian, English, Spanish, Bulgarian, German, Polish) are being reviewed by native speakers. Which languages are included is stated in your offer.
Can I install it on my own server?
Our first clients are hosted by us — this way we take care of updates, backups and security. Your own server can be discussed separately.
